This privacy policy is an integral part of the license agreement and is valid every time you use the Loqui mobile application.


Your privacy is very important to us and we try to do our best to make your use of Loqui as pleasant, useful, safe and effective as possible. The personal information of Loqui Users collected in the program during registration or at any other time is used exclusively to provide services in accordance with your needs. Your information will not be transferred or sold to third parties.

What data does Loqui collect?


Registration data that you indicate in your profile when registering for the program (name, email address, gender, date of birth, data of your location), as well as any other information about yourself. You control your profile and this data is available to you at any time. To correct or update information about yourself, go to your "Profile" in Loqui.


Information about Wi-Fi access points and your location (latitude and longitude). 


This information helps us determine your actual location so that other users can see you in the People Around section, as well as your approximate distance. If you do not want your location to be known, please set any other address manually. If you have the location function turned on, but you want to turn it off, go to Settings on your iPhone: Settings - Location Services - Turn Off.


Information about how you use our services. For example, the types of materials viewed, the frequency and duration of your actions.


Materials from other users when they use information about you. For example, when they share your photo, they send you a request or message.


Information about your contacts, groups and communities, your interactions with them.


Information about the devices on which our program is installed and from which the login to the site is carried out.


Information about you and your actions outside Loqui from third-party partners. For example, information from a partner when we jointly offer you services, or from an advertiser about your experience or interaction with him.


After creating a profile, we automatically track some information, such as your IP and email addresses.


Using our application, you should take into account that any published information will be publicly available to other users if you have not previously set the appropriate restrictive settings.


All personal information specified by you in the Loqui application can be changed at any time or completely removed from our database at your request.


Why is this data collected?


The username is used to contact you personally, and e-mail to identify your Account, send you important notifications, news, useful materials, etc. Your data and e-mail are located on the secure servers of the Loqui service and are used in accordance with its privacy policy.


You can manage the materials and information that you share in Loqui in your profile settings.


You can refuse to receive mailing letters and delete your contact details from the database at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link present in each letter or by writing to Loqui support. You can also delete your account at any time.


How is this data used?


In Loqui you can easily make new friends, chat with other users and talk about yourself. Using the Application, you should take into account that any information published by you will be publicly available to users of the Application, if you have not restricted access to your profile in the corresponding privacy section.


We strive to create interesting content tailored to the needs of each user. We use all information about our users solely to support our services, improve the functionality of the program and the quality of the services provided. In addition, we use the information about our users to help strengthen your security as part of our program.


When you post your personal information on Loqui, what do other users see?


If you have not restricted access to your profile, other users will be able to see your name and any information that you specified in your profile, including posts that you post in public feeds. Any information that you decide to provide should reflect what you want other users to know about you. You can adjust the privacy settings of your Profile in the Settings section in the left menu, as well as in the Location and Privacy section in the top menu.


What can you do with the information of other users?


Use it to meet new people, make new acquaintances, choose products or services, attend an event or place. Remember that it is forbidden to use the information of other users for commercial purposes, for spam, it is also forbidden to annoy or threaten other users. Loqui reserves the right to block / delete the user account at any time for illegal use of the data of other users or for any other violation of our License Agreement.


What information does Loqui collect about your friends and contacts?


You can invite your friends and acquaintances to join Loqui so that they too can use all the features of our application by sending them invitations by e-mail. To do this, go to the Left menu - Contacts - Invite. You can also find your friends who are already registered in Loqui, using the search by e-mail.


How does Loqui protect user data?


We use administrative, managerial and technical security measures to protect your personal information. We adhere to international standards for the control of transactions with personal information, which include certain actions to protect information collected on the Internet. We guarantee that all our employees are familiar with this privacy policy and properly monitor the operations with the personal information of our Users. But, despite the fact that we strive to protect your personal information, you must also take certain measures to protect it. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal data at the moment when it is transferred to our website, any transmission takes place at your own risk. As soon as we receive your information, we have security features that help prevent unauthorized access.
